South African based striker Gabadinho Mhango has finally joined Flames camp at the Mpira Village in Blantyre ahead of the team’s trip to Zambia on Monday morning. Mhango arrived on Sunday afternoon through Kamuzu International Airport in Lilongwe.
This means seven foreign based players are now in camp ahead of the Flames’ friendly matches against Zambia in Lusaka on Wednesday and Zimbabwe on Sunday October 11, 2020 at the Kamuzu Stadium in Blantyre.The only one remaining is Moldova based Charles Petro who will join the team in Lusaka
The Flames will leave on Monday morning through Chileka Airport in Blantyre on a chartered flight and are expected back on Thursday ahead of the Zimbabwe game. Meanwhile all the Flames local players tested negative for Covid-19 following tests that were conducted last week.
