Veteran DJ Kenny Klips No More


One of the country’s respected radio broadcasters Ken Wako popularly Known as Kenny Klips has died.Kenny Klips has died at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Blantyre while receiving treatment for his liver problem which has been troubling him for a while.

Until his death, Klipps was working as a senior producer and sound engineer at Times Group where he joined over six years ago following a prolonged stint with FM 101 radio station.

According to his family relations, his body will be laid to rest on Friday at Chimpikizo Village, T/A Chanthunya in Balaka where he hailed from. The radio personality was born on August 4, 1976.

His passing has shocked his peers in the broadcasting trade. His former workmate at FM 101 Code Sangala has described Klipps as the greatest hip-hop radio DJ Malawi has ever had.
